Agreement to Terms
By creating an account or using Folio by c3 ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service
Folio by c3 is a web-based invoicing and billing management tool that lets you create invoices, manage clients, track payments, and generate reports. The Service is provided "as is" and subject to these terms.
Account Registration
You must provide a valid email address and create a password to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, are inactive for an extended period, or are used for fraudulent purposes.
Free Trial
New accounts receive a 3-month free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your ability to create new invoices will be restricted unless you subscribe to a paid plan. Existing invoices, clients, and data remain accessible.
Subscriptions & Billing
After the trial period, continued use of invoice creation requires a paid subscription. Plans are available on a monthly or annual basis. All billing is handled by Paddle, our payment processor and Merchant of Record.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period
- You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period
- Prices may change with reasonable notice

Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Create or send fraudulent invoices
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service
- Transmit malware, spam, or harmful content
Your Data
You retain full ownership of the data you enter into the Service — your clients, invoices, and business information. We process this data only to provide the Service to you. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
If you upload a company logo, it is stored and delivered via Cloudinary. By uploading an image you confirm you have the right to use it and that it does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the invoices and business data you create. We are not responsible for tax compliance, regulatory requirements, or the accuracy of your billing records.
Intellectual Property
The Service, its design, code, and content (excluding your data) are the intellectual property of Code3. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for planned downtime where possible.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Code3 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or revenue. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Serbia, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you by email for material changes.
